Welcome!
All Studio Stays are comfortable, cozy & convenient stays! If you would like to book a studio for your travel, work, or relocation stay, please keep in mind the following;
-Minimum stay 14 days.
-The best discount starts on stays over 30 days. 
-Payment for stay is due the day of arrival. Stays over 30 days will pay by the month. 
-There must be a card on file for your stay. Your card will auto process the day of your arrival. There is a 1.5% fee on credit card transactions.
-All guests are required to pay a $150.00 security deposit at booking.  Its possible to credit a deposit to a future stay if you need to reschedule.
-All guests are required to sign a lease agreement for their stay.
-Pets are welcome! There is a $40 fee/stay for all pets.
