This site is designated exclusively for events that have been contracted through the Pima County Fairgrounds. Reservations made by individuals not affiliated with these contracted events will be subject to relocation to available public RV spaces. We reserve the right to move, switch, or relocate any guest to a different RV site or horse stall at our discretion. Such changes may be made to accommodate operational needs, maintenance requirements, or for any other reason deemed necessary by management. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties in advance and to minimize any inconvenience caused by such relocations.

Addition sites or stalls: To add additional RV site or horse stalls click the hide button next to continue. Than you can proceed with search the next site. Only continue when you have all sites ready for checkout. Click here for instructions to add multiple RV Sites and Stalls or a Combination of Both.

For your convenience, we have now combined the stall, shavings, and cleanup fee into one price. Each stall includes the cleaning fee and one bag of shavings per night.

Please note that any additional shavings will need to be purchased upon your arrival from SWFC Staff.

Important Guidelines:

• ONE RV per Site: Please ensure only one RV is parked at each designated site.
• Tack Rooms: No horses are allowed in tack rooms. These rooms are designated for your feed, tack equipment, and personal items only.
• No Tent Camping at This Time: We regret to inform you that tent camping is not permitted currently.
• Prohibited Items: The use of firearms, fireworks, and open fires is strictly prohibited within the premises.
• Propane Fire Pits: Self-contained gas (propane) fire pits may be allowed with prior approval from the RV Host.
• Needing Different Unit Types: You can click on the unit type to change your reservation to dry camping, RV site, or horse stalls.
• Tie Outs: Tie outs are not permitted.

We also want to remind horse show contestants that we will no longer be accepting requests to switch stalls, as stall switching is not permitted. If you would like to be next to a trainer or a friend, please coordinate with each other and book at the same time.
