Reservation fees are not refundable. All same-day reservations are non-refundable.

At least a 72-hour notice is required for a refund of the one-night deposit, minus reservation fees, for all customer-initiated cancellations.  Reservations within the 72-hour window, including same-day reservations, will forfeit the deposit, applicable taxes, and fees charged to secure the reservation if initiated by the customer. To avoid being charged in full for reservations you cannot use, the customer must initiate cancellation before the check-in window expires on arrival day.  Cancellation requests can be initiated from a customer's confirmation email, or by logging into the reservation and sending an email. All cancellations, regardless of timeline, will incur non-refundable reservation fees.
