Site Length: The listed length is the total length of the site, not the maximum RV length it can accommodate.

Vehicle Info: Only list the vehicle you’re driving (truck or towed car). Do not add your RV/camper as a second vehicle—this will result in an extra charge, and no refunds will be given.

Pool: is Open.  💦 Water Slide Safety Notice: For the safety of all guests and in compliance with Kentucky state law, a lifeguard must be on duty for the water slide to be in operation.

Café: Open Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Tents: Not permitted. Canopies are allowed.

Visitors: Each reservation includes up to 5 guests and 1 vehicle. Additional guests are $5 per person, per day up to 6 visitors per campsite.  11 guests total. 

Guests arriving after 5:30 PM who are not using resort amenities may park at the store and are not required to pay the fee. All visitors are required to check in with the resort upon arrival.

Golf Carts: $5 per day permit fee.  We do not rent golf carts.  

Discounts:  Any available discounts will appear on the final checkout screen in the drop down menu. The only exception is our military discount—please call us to receive the code if you are active duty or a veteran. 

Grounds Maintenance: Routine grounds maintenance is performed Tuesday–Thursday, weather permitting. To protect your RV from debris, we do not weed-eat around occupied sites without permission. Need your site trimmed? Just let us know!

Laundry:  We do have 4 coin operated sets of washers and dryers for our guests.  We have rolls of quarters at the store.  It is $2.50 for the washer and $2.50 for the dryer.  We also sell laundry detergent in the store.  

Cancellation Policy
14+ days before arrival: Full refund, less $20 cancellation fee.
2–13 days before arrival: 50% refund, less $20 cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund.
No-shows: Reservations are forfeited with no refund if we are not contacted within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time.
No refunds for early departures, bad weather, holidays, or special events.
The $3.50 reservation fee and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
