Bring the family enjoy our green grass, fishing, chickens, ducks, dog, horses, alpacas, you may even hear some goats & cows. Right across the street from Lake Lavon, sunsets & views are incredible!

Driving Directions

From Dallas travel north towards McKinney on interstate 75. Exit Hwy 380 (University Drive) then travel east 13 miles towards Farmersville. In Farmersville take Hwy 78 south 3 miles. Go west (left) on County Road 550. Turn right on County Road 550, travel west 1.6 miles. We are on the corner or CR 550 and CR 551.

Reservation Deposits for Daily Rates:  
A daily reservation will be assessed as a reservation
deposit equal to your first daily rate. 
The reservation deposit is not refundable prior to check in. 
Once check in occurs the deposit is applied to your camping fee.  

Reservation/Electrical Security Deposit Information
for Weekly/Monthly and Ongoing Reservations:

Weekly deposit is $60.00. 
Monthly and Ongoing deposit is $200.00.

Ongoing reservations are weekly
or monthly reservations
without a specific end date. 

Deposits are not refundable until check in occurs.  
Upon check in the reservation deposit
converts to a electrical/security deposit.  
 
Deposits will be refunded after pending charges and deducted and post checkout.
