Property Description

Amidst rolling hills, majestic pines, and a lovely spring fed pond, you will find us tucked away in nature, but only minutes away from the city of Hamilton and numerous outdoor attractions. All of our sites are close to the pond, with many right on the waterfront. Mature trees provide plenty of shade, perfect for relaxing under on a sunny day. Our park is offering seasonal sites for tiny cottages. The season runs from April 1- Dec 31. Our proximity to the Niagara Escarpment provides a huge variety of nearby hiking trails and waterfalls to explore and enjoy. Hamilton is the waterfall capital of the world, with over 100 falls within the city limits. Just 5km away from the park is the Dundas Conservation Area which hosts over 40km of recreational trails alongside glacial streams, colourful meadows and scenic ruins. At nearby Spencer Gorge Conservation Area you can hike to the lookout point at Dundas Peak and view both Webster Falls and Tews Falls. The popular Tiffany Falls and Sherman Falls are also closeby, and The Royal Botanical Gardens feature more than 27 km of nature trails with four main trailheads and two canoe launch sites. For a more cosmopolitan experience, pop over to downtown Hamilton, where you can visit the trendy shops, cafes and restaurants on Locke street and James Street North. Our resort promises to be a retreat within a city, somewhere relaxing to escape to without having to travel too far from home.
