Starlight Campground is a family friendly campground nestled amidst mature pine trees, with cozy campsites, full facilities, a beautiful hiking trail, both vintage and contemporary trailer rentals, impeccably clean facilities, incredible sunsets, and star-filled night skies. With carefully planned theme weekends that provide fun for both children and adults alike, as well as amenities such as a heated swimming pool, pickleball court, half basketball court, RC car track, hiking trails, access to ATV trails, Gaga Ball and more there is always something fun to do at Starlight Campground. Centrally located in the heart of northwest Michigan we are a great place to stay for day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Mackinaw Island and more and we are only 20 minutes from Torch Lake, MI.

From northbound US-131 turn right on E. State St. Continue onto Mancelona Rd. Destination will be on your right.

Reservations can be made up to 365 days from your arrival date. 

Sites 101 - 139 on our Hilltop section are brand new as of 2022. The photos online show the sites after grass seed was planted and covered with straw however the sites now have grass and we will be updating the site photos at the beginning of the 2024 season.

Reservations of 30 days or more can only be made by calling the campground office at 231-535-0461. 

Rates are based on 2 adults and their dependent children under the age of 18.
