Welcome to Bella Vista by the Sea!

Please call us directly at 805-995-3644 for assistance booking a campsite. 
When booking online, your reservation is not secured until you receive a confirmation email. 

ALL of our sites are back-in spaces and include a picnic bench, 30 Amp power, sewer, and water. At check-in you will be given a code for our park restrooms and showers. We have an online laundry facility. Please bring your own detergent and quarters.

There are NO Saturday check-ins or check-outs. You must book a Friday with a Saturday. 

We do not offer weekly or monthly rates.
Guests can stay a max of 30 days during our Summer Season (June-October)
Guests can stay a max of 6 months during our Winter Season (Nov-May)
Guest can stay no longer than 6 months in one calendar year. Subject to availability. 

We are Non-Site Specific. You will book a type of site Ocean View (OV) or Standard View (SV) and be assigned a site at check-in based on your vehicle length and stay dates. 
OV Spaces have a preferred but not a guaranteed view. View may be dependent on weather, other vehicles, and the length of your vehicle. 

Elite Ocean View - Site 1 is the only site you can specifically book. There is a 14 day max stay for this site. 

Check-in is at 1pm and Check-out is at 12:00pm noon. 

Cancellation Policy and fees:

There is a $10.50 reservation cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled between (3) and (2) weeks before the arrival date will be charged a $10.50 cancellation fee and (1) night's stay.

Reservations cancelled (2) weeks or less prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund and will forfeit their stay.

Refunds will not be issued for any early check outs.

Pet Policy
Pets must be on a leash at the park at all times and cannot be left unattended.

We are a dog friendly community but we do have some breed restrictions, including but not limited to Pit Bulls (full or mixed breed), Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf hybrids, Chow Chows, Akitas, and Doberman Pinchers.

We have several pet waste stations around the park.

Propane Only
We only allow propane fire rings and propane BBQs.

NO fires permitted in the park with coals, embers, or sparks.

Fireworks are prohibited and result in immediate dismissal without a refund. 

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at Bella Vista, both in and outside of your camping vehicle. 

Quiet Hours
Please be respectful of your fellow campers. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am daily.
