Please note that if your stay is under 30 days, you will have a daily electric fee of $5 during the winter months (November through April) and $8 during the summer months (May through October) *these fees will be adjusted or added by the office personnel to match your exact stay length if your stay is under 30 days.

If your reservation is for 30 days or more, your electric will be charged at .17 kw.
