Welcome to the Online Reservation Portal for Breaks Interstate Park and Breaks Park-Southern Gap! We want your online reservation experience to be a smooth one and have compiled the following information to assist you:

• To begin a reservation, you must choose a unit type. Lodging is for cabins, cottages, and hotel rooms. RV Site is for campsites designed for campers and RV's. Tent Site is for sites designated for tent only. 
• You must select your Arrival and Departure Date. If you are not seeing availability for your desired site, it may be that your dates or length of stay does not comply with policy. Please note the following:
  • All cabins and cottages at both the Breaks and Southern Gap sites have a two-night minimum rental period year-round.
  • The Laurel Lake Cabins and Cottages at Breaks have a 7-night minimum during Prime Season (Wednesday before Memorial Day to Wednesday before Labor Day). Arrival Dates run from Wednesday to Wednesday, any arrival date that is not on a Wednesday will show up as unavailable. 
  • Same Day Reservations are not available online, however you can make same-day reservations by calling the Breaks Reservation Desk at 276-865-4413, ext. 0 or the Southern Gap Reservation Desk at 276-244-1111. 
• You must fill out all required fields indicated by a red *. Once you have filled out all required fields, click the green "Search Availability" box. 
• You will then be able to choose between a map view of the Breaks site and the Southern Gap site. To switch between maps, simply hit the drop down box below "Select Park Map." The Breaks Park Map option will allow you to see the hotel units, Laurel Lake Cabins, Cottages, and all campsites at the Breaks site (627 Commission Drive, Breaks, VA). The "Breaks Park Southern Gap Site Map" will display all cabins and campsites available at the Southern Gap Site (1124 Chipping Sparrow Road, Grundy, VA).
