Deposit Information:

*Weekly reservation/electricity deposit is $60. This deposit is used as a reservation deposit until the time of check in and is non-refundable. Once checked in this deposit covers your electric usage. Electric usage over $60 will be billed separately.

*Monthly reservation/electricity deposit is $200. This deposit is used as a reservation deposit until the time of check in and is non-refundable. Once checked in this deposit becomes an electric deposit and is refundable after checkout and the final electric bill is deducted. PLEASE NOTE - this deposit is only paid one time for ongoing monthly reservations without a specific end date.
