Deposit Information:

*Weekly reservation/electricity deposit is $60 per week. This deposit is used as a reservation deposit until the time of check in and is non-refundable. Once checked in this deposit covers your electric usage for each week of your stay. Electric usage exceeding this deposit will be billed separately. Please note this deposit is charged for each week (7 days) of your stay. 

*Monthly reservation/electricity deposit is $200. This deposit is used as a reservation deposit until the time of check in and is non-refundable. Once checked in this deposit becomes an electric deposit and is refundable after checkout and the final electric bill is calculated and deducted. PLEASE NOTE - this deposit is only paid one time for ongoing monthly reservations without a specific end date.
