Please note:  when making reservations, there are 2 sizes Large and Small. 
Large rv's are considered 30' and up.
Small rv's are considered 29' and under.

Check in times are 11am-5pm ONLY.( call for possible extension of time)

we have a zero return policy, we want everyone happy ,happy ! so we will do everything we can to issue a credit for another stay at management discretion.

all main roads are easily accessible to us for any size rv. we can accommodate up to a 60 ft rv. most sites are on the beautiful 4 Mile Creek. we do not offer internet , however most phone carriers are within reach , we however recommend you use star link .

we are right on the tail of the dragon at 7304 old railroad bed road, Maryville TN  

we serve beer products and wine all day long,


Each rv lot is allowed :  Your Camper, 1 vehicle and your motorcycles.  If you have a trailer in addition to your vehicle and camper then there is a one time fee of $15.00 for the trailer.  Trailer must be parked in  a designated area.

All guest must stop at the office when entering resort to register, and be escorted by personnel to their lot.

Season begins : May 1 2026 
Season ends    : Nov 1 2026
