Please note:  when making reservations, there are 2 sizes Large and Small. 
Large rv's are considered 30' and up.
Small rv's are considered 29' and under.

Check in times are 11am-6pm ONLY.( call for possible extension of time) rv check out times are at 10 am. call for possible extension.

we have a zero return policy, we want everyone happy ,happy ! so we will do everything we can to issue a credit for another stay at management discretion.

all main roads are easily accessible to us for any size rv. we can accommodate up to a 60 ft rv. most sites are on the beautiful 4 Mile Creek. we do not offer internet , however most phone carriers are within reach , we however recommend you use star link . and we have office internet for your immediate use.

our primitive tenting is on both the north and south sides of the resort surrounded by trees and wildlife. we have 3-4 super large fire pits for 12 plus people and they are in all areas of the resort . we have grills and picnic tables on the tent sites but not on all individual sites. your tent will sit on grass and near the creek. we have new bath houses currently on the south side and one being placed on the south side . all are walking distance. all tents sites have no electricity. we want you to experience the smoky mountains at its best. rest and relaxing among the wild. no cement or fancy layout just good ole smoky mountain tennessee.

we are right on the tail of the dragon at 7304 old railroad bed road, Maryville TN   We are the "finish line" of the dragon!

we serve beer products and wine all day long, Friday,saturdays and Sundays the "bear barn saloon " is open, we try to do live music each month and food trucks and free bbq's on most Saturdays for all to enjoy. follow us on Facebook for all updates and events.

Each rv lot is allowed :  Your Camper, 1 vehicle and your motorcycles.  If you have a trailer in addition to your vehicle and camper then there is a one time fee of $15.00 for the trailer.  Trailer must be parked in  a designated area.

All guest must stop at the office when entering resort to register, and be escorted by personnel to their lot.

Season begins : May 1 2026 
Season ends    : Nov 1 2026
