Cancellation Policy: BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.
Length of stay - Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights. Any attempts to sidestep this rule will result in your reservation being revoked without refund.
Reservations: All camp site reservations must be made through firefly. We do not accept cash, check, or card on site. Reservations may be made one year in advance. Do not use a camp site before making your reservation and submitting payment. A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. If you have questions, please call the Park Board office at 765-463-2306.
Check In & Out Times - Set-up may begin at 3:00 p.m. on the first day and the site must be clear by 2:00 p.m. on the last day.
High demand dates - There are times that we will block out all reservations for high demand camping dates 1 year in advance, such as Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, etc.. We will then open up reservations at a specified date/time to give everyone a fair chance at reserving a camp site. If you are trying to reserve a camp site 1 year in advance on a holiday weekend and you do not see availability, please call the Park Board office at 765-463-2306 to find out when reservations will be open. However, this is not always the case. It is also possible that we are fully booked.
