As of March 2025, we have a 3 night minimum on all bookings.  

Check-in Monday-Thursday is 6pm; Friday-Sunday is 3pm.  Check-out is 10AM every day. 

Delivery minimum is $150 and covers up to 30 miles.  If you're destination is over 30 miles from 1416 Due West Hwy in Anderson, SC, you will need to opt for the appropriate destination add-on during the booking process. Please read the add-on descriptions to help you understand which one to choose.

*Before searching available dates: If you are a return client, make sure you have chosen your special rate in the dropdown menu for your 10% discount!  This discount can only be added pre-booking.

Campsites: For legal reasons, you will need to book your campsite or destination yourself. If you would like our recommendations on campgrounds, or info regarding destination fees, we've put together a helpful resource here!

Payments: 20% of the nightly rate plus delivery and all add-ons will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 80% of the nightly rate will be due 15 days before your trip. The security deposit charge will be added to your reservation after booking. It will be due 2 days before your trip. It will be refunded 7-10 business days after the unit has been returned with no damage.
