Online reservations will be available beginning January 2nd 2025.

We offer a 5% discount if you pay with cash. To receive the cash discount reservations must be made via email or over the phone. Please email or call us at 970-731-2300 to receive the discount. 

All rates are based on 2 people. Additional guests 10 years old and older are $7/night, $49/week plus tax. Guests 9 years old and under are FREE.

Maximum of 6 people per site or cabin. 

Please call for information on stays 30 days or longer. 

Pets stay free. We limit pets to 2 per cabin/ 4 per RV site.  Pet Policy 

Arrival after dark is not recommended and can be unsafe. We have many trees & tight turns that can be difficult to navigate at night, even if you are familiar with our campground.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $5 non-refundable processing fee applied to every reservation.
All cancellations must be confirmed by email. 

Cancel more than 60 days prior to reservation, NO CHARGE.

Cancel 60 days to 7 days prior to reservation, 50% CHARGE. You will be charged for 50% of the entire reservation.

Cancel less than 7 days prior to start of reservation, 100% CHARGE. You will be charged for the entire reservation.

If you leave prior to the end of your reservation no refund will be given. That timeframe is held exclusively for you & the probability of a drive in replacement is unlikely.
