 Each year, during the Advanced Reservation Period (January through March), a five-night minimum stay applies for peak season (mid-June through mid-August). This policy ensures that guests interested in longer stays have the first opportunity to make their reservations before shorter weekend stays fill up the calendar.

Beginning in March, the minimum stay requirement will be reduced to three nights.
