One price includes Water, Septic, Electric, WIFI and 24 Hour Gated security with personal code for daily tenants or an APP for long term tenants included in your stay. All lots are FULL HOOK UP.
USE of all facilities included:
paddle boats, kayaks, life jackets 
fishing pond, trails, fruit and vegetables gardens. 


10% discount for Daily & weekly :  Medical, Senior Citizen, Good Sam, First responders, Police, Sheriff, Teachers and Contractors working in the local area, Parents of Students at the College

5% discount for Monthly rates: Medical, Senior Citizen, First responders, Police, Sheriff, Teachers and Contractors working in the local area, Students at Middle Georgia State University
All monthly tenants must call and we do screen
