We are a Gated 24 hour surveillance RV PARK and Tiny Homes

RV's must be 2010 or newer 
You have 15 minutes to reserve your lot once picked.  Please call if you do not see your dates open.

One price includes:
All lots are FULL HOOK UP
Water, Septic, Electric (normal usage)
Fiber WIFI
24 Hour Gated personal security code for daily tenants or
An APP (MYQ) for long term tenants included in your stay. 
NO SMOKING Marijuana or illegal drugs !!!  
We will immediately ask you to leave, no refunds!
We follow Federal laws.

5% for Monthly rates  :  Medical, Senior Citizens, First responders, All Law Enforcement, Teachers and Contractors working in the local area, Parents of Students at the College Students of Middle Georgia State University.

To Reserve you should have this information ready:
1. Vehicle  plate number, color, make and model
2. Your Emergency contact name and number 
3. Your credit card and address
Once booked you must text a copy of your Drivers license to 904 657 1800.


PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BEFORE SIGNING!
After your make your Reservation Jennifer will call you to answer any questions or make changes if you need it.  
You will receive a Welcome Email with WIFI codes and other information about the park.
The day before arrival you will receive a gate code with directions.
We will be with you every step by text or call, nothing to remember!

Don't worry call even if its late!  We also travel and do not want you stranded without a place to stay!
