One price includes Water, Electric, WIFI and 24 Hour Gated security with personal code daily tenants or APP for long term tenants included in your stay. All lots are FULL HOOK UP.

10% discount for Daily & weekly :  Medical, Senior Citizen, Good Sam, First responders, Police, Sheriff, Teachers and Contractors working in the local area, Parents of Students at the College 
5% discount for Monthly rates: Medical, Senior Citizen, First responders, Police, Sheriff, Teachers and Contractors working in the local area, Students at Georgia College.

Make sure you put in your discount in drop menu before final check out NO DISCOUNTS ON TINY HOMES AT THIS TIME.
