PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

You MUST be a Sundance Meadows Owner who is current on all Dues, Fees, and Assessments to book Reservations.  If you are not an Owner, or your account is not current,  YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED. 

RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, IF YOU BOOK FARTHER OUT YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED.

Owners are allowed 120 nights/year.

RV SITES- Maximum of 30 nights per visit with 7 days off property in between stays.

BUNKHOUSE & LODGE- Maximum of 14 nights per visit with 7 days off property in between stays.

GUESTS- Guest reservations for RV/Lodge/Bunkhouse can ONLY be made by contacting the office directly by phone or email (See Below).

SAME DAY- Currently same day reservations must be made through the office.
