Coconut Cay RV Resort opened in April of 2020 and is now part of the growing family of Coconut Cay hospitality offerings. Our RV park is the newest in the Keys and is situated in Marathon, the “Heart Of The Florida Keys”. Lying halfway between Key Largo and Key West it’s the ideal location to explore all the Florida Keys has to offer. Day trips to the beautiful diving and fishing all along the island chain and evening excursions to the lights and sounds of Key West are easily accomplished from our central location. Our boutique family-operated RV resort features twenty-five pull-in sites, each with electric, water, and sewer. Our pool will delight and our boat dockage is convenient and easy to arrange. The private sunset beach looks out onto the Gulf Of Mexico providing what many describe as the “best sunset in the Keys”. Most of all the privacy afforded by the “1 neighbor only” layout of our sites, will provide your family with a unique RV experience. Your 3+ night luxury Airstream rental is set up and ready for self-check-in. Your Airstream is located adjacent to the pool and includes site rental (water, sewer, electric, cable and WiFi.) Your Airstream has an outdoor seating area with a picnic table, two chairs, a mat and a gas grill. Coconut Cay RV Resort located next to the airport in Marathon, has 24-Hour Security Cameras, Boat Slips for rent, Dog Walk Area, Laundry Facility, Outdoor Pool, Showers, Sunset Beach and bicycles for rent (based on availability). 

Upon confirmation of your Airstream reservation with Stay Sublime, we automatically reserve your dates on the Coconut Cay RV Resort calendar. All payments are made in USD (U.S. dollars). No less than 50% payment is required to confirm a reservation, balance due 7 days prior to reservation start—complete payment due in full prior to start of reservation. Refund Policy: Strict — 50% refund up to 30 days before delivery, then no refund after that. A fully refundable $500 security deposit is required at the time of reservation and will be refunded within 7-10 days of safe return of Airstream.
