You are booking reservations for one of our amazing festivals. Please note that the festivals are 1-3 days depending on the season.  

A Standard Vendor Space is 15 x 15

** If you would like a larger space or are a member of Idabel Chamber of Commerce - Please click below to see what rate you need to select.

Please note our festival reservations will show you are checking in day of festival and checking out the next day - You are actually clearing out the end of night - the last day of festival.   

Example - Saturday festival - on reservation, it will say check in sat, check out Sunday. But you will have your space only the duration of the Saturday festival (9am-6pm) - Please see policies for exact information

Another example -  For a Friday - Sunday festival, it will show you checking in Friday and checking out Monday - You will be clearing out on Sunday night.
