They bloom trumpet flowers that smell of a combination of Lavender, Lilac, and Strawberries. It is the most Heavenly Smell. Their bloom season starts about April 1st. They bloom for 3, or 4 weeks. Their individual leaves can reach between 8 inches to 24 inches across. They originate from Japan. All the way back to 14th Century Feudal Japan, where only the Grand Empress was allowed to grow them in Her Garden. They are now mainly used for lumber, and for shade Trees. We have about 200 various species of Trees on the property including: Non-Fruiting Mulberries, Paulownias, Weeping Willows, Desert Willows, Arbor Vitae, Arizona Blue Spruces, and a Pecan Tree. We also have a variety of other plants on the property including: Our State Flower(Yuccas), Rosebushes of various colors, Cacti, and a Grape Vine.
